Frequently Asked Questions

1. When does the pre-order offer end?

The Warm-up pre-order offer runs from November 2 through November 13, 2026. Extra pre-order discounts end on November 13 at 11:59 PM ET.

2. Which products are included?

The offer includes our new NIMO 3501U Laptop and Mini 388, plus our returning best sellers, the Mini 395 2L and Mini 395 4L. All featured products are pre-order items. Eligible configurations are listed on the product pages.

3. What extra discount can I get with a claim code?

Use an eligible claim code to save an extra $10 on a NIMO 3501U Laptop or Mini 388 pre-order, or an extra $20 on a Mini 395 2L or 4L pre-order. These savings apply on top of the listed promotional price. One eligible code may be used per order.

4. Are pre-order prices lower than Black Friday prices?

Yes. With the eligible claim code applied, your pre-order price is $10 lower for the 3501U or Mini 388, or $20 lower for the Mini 395 2L or 4L, compared with the Black Friday price for the same configuration.

Early Black Friday Access starts November 14, when these extra pre-order discounts will no longer be available.

5. When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping varies by product, configuration and batch. Please review the estimated shipping window on your selected product page. Expected stock arrival dates are estimates and are separate from shipping and delivery dates.
